Tutto Niente, Lugano

Tutto Niente is a contemporary trattoria with a unique twist, situated in the lakeside city of Lugano, Switzerland. It is housed inside the historic Veladini printworks, a former industrial site now reborn as a cultural landmark, with 4.5 meter high ceilings, exposed textures and layered design.

In the Listening Bar, Tutto Niente says that “sound isn’t background; it’s the main character.” Featured in the main room is the ON4 system, which stands tall at the head of the room on either side of a custom made DJ booth.

Tutto Niente offers an immersive, warm, analog audio experience, with vinyl selections curated by artists and selectors. It defines itself as “a sanctuary for pure listening, spontaneous connection, and musical storytelling.”

The trattoria is inspired by “nonna-style” cooking, reimagined for today. Alongside a bar serving cocktails, drinks, and an extensive wine selection, there is also Format Records, which is part of the cultural space; the concept store brings together rare vinyl, books, clothing, and locally sourced goods.
